Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
Born and brought up in Betul district of Madhya Pradesh, am from a village background. My father was a divisional Engineer in Electricity department. My mother got the job on compensatory ground after his death. After retirement, she is staying with me at Nagpur, along with my wife and son.
Required Reading:
There is information explosion in the web world, so to be specific in choice of websites and books would make no sense. Since our industry is too diversified, the choice of books and websites truly depends on the field he choose like sports, politics, entertainment etc. One may go for general sites.
Done Differently:
Would like to take up the task of adding new dimension to Indian Cinema with the immense story writing and narrating skills that I nurture within. The pace at which the line between parallel and commercial cinema is diminishing, I believe it's the right time to step in with fresh story content.
Job Profile:
Currently am responsible for bringing out the two supplements - Showtime and Lokrang for our newspaper Lokmat Samachar. Showtime is Bollywood supplement while Lokrang covers a mixed stream of Lifestyle, Technology, Travel, Literature and Social issues. I select, edit, layout the contents for both.
Other Thoughts:
I keep exploring different avenues to work on and add to my skills, besides doing journalistic task. Am also a Social Media Incharge at touristlink.com. So it falls under my task to explore the web and try out new methodology. I am also impressed by the content being served at siliconindia.com
Growth Strategy:
Reading a lot helps me keep the ball rolling. Extensive reading from newspapers, websites and magazines on random subjects keeps me growing. This is the thing that let my imagination develop to demonstrate my skills as a leader. It also helps improving the verbal ability and interaction skills.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Whatever I did through my writings always received good response both from the seekers and receivers. I take pride in having the large businesses grow exponentially through my effective writings. The Magic of my Words that work wonders for any business makes me proud. It's a God's Gift.
Plans For The Future:
I would see myself full of Health like am today. This would certainly keeps me actively going forward in the course of both my professional and personal lives. Growth and Opportunity seems to be the matter of your will that could be gained through good health and innovative mind.

I have graduated to a more responsible post of Feature Editor that entails larger focus on the product (the supplements in this case). Choice of news, selection of photos and getting the perfect layout is what differs my current role with that of my earlier task a news reporter.

Job hopping is not my niche. And this is the only decision that I remained stick to. As you see I have been serving the same company for the past eight years. Though a string of offers came my way all this while, but it has to be very exciting to think over that.
