Thoughts on Education system of our country
I feel that education system in India is going to the dogs.
Some suitable measures can be -
1. Syllabus of education is outdated. The same should be updated at frequent intervals.
2. The infrastructure isn't efficient for the growing population. It is imperative to have education infrastructure and supporting facilities available.
3. Teaching / support staff strength should be made complimenting to the existing and increasing demand.
4. Subjects on civics, sports, politics, socio-economics, globalization, etc should be introduced.
5. English as a common language of communication should be introduced to remove the language barrier within India and globally.
Ensuring success
I work hard, ensuring I'm learning at the same time. Also try to maintain a work-life balance.
An inclusive personal growth is the aim.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
very briefly some qualities can be -
1. tolerance
2. leadership skills
3. people's management
4. temperament
5. emotional quotient
6. intelligence
7. smartness
8. wisdom
Degree that I recommend
Yes, an international exposure that helps broadening of horizon for personal and professional growth.
Important lesson learned
Many! Most important lesson - never stop learning from Life.
My role model
my father - it is excellent to see how someone can come up in life like he did with little resources and opportunities that may have existed then. I challenge myself to sustain the same growth path discounting / mounting the resources and opportunities I have today.

Dhirubhai Ambani - to prove that 'it isn't impossible'!
Initiative to develop a country
contribute in every little way they can that they feel is required for a developed country like ours.
for example, if one feels education can help India be a developed nation, he / she can contribute towards some underprivileged child's education.
My achievements
while there is a constant endeavor to do and achieve better in life, I'm happy that I don't disappoint my peers at work and my family-friends when I'm with them.
Important decision
choosing the right form of education, choosing the career path.
Influenced by
family - I feel they have the most honest opinion and they love you selflessly.
My strongest skill
quick learner, analytical, go-getter attitude, work to grow and not earn attitude
My family background
father is a proprietor having business of ball bearings, mother is a home maker and an elder sister married and settled in Mumbai.
We hail from Mumbai, ancestral origin from Rajasthan.
