Thoughts on Education system of our country
I personally consider education system of India as one of best in world. The stress on academics leads to solid foundation for any stream. Currently experiencing one of highest standards of education imparted from one of very few premier B- Schools of India. Yes, focus is on education.
The quality of education is good but it should remain same. With new technologies emerging each passing day, how they can be incorporated into education system is something that all should look and strive for. This will further take education system to next level.
Important lesson learned
The one lesson I will like to share is from professional world. I've 6 years of experience in IT before I took a break to study management. Anyone working in professional world should know to distinguish between professional and personal relations one will be having at workplace. You need to be thorough professional with your job, your personal relations with colleagues should not have a bias or favorable decisions.
Moreover, in life do not compromise your Self Respect and make sure you treat all human beings with equal self respect. All are equal.
Couple of years from now
I'm waiting to take a plunge into managerial world. This has been my long time dream which I expect to be reality in near future.
I see learning myself in this new arena of business, help others with their business requirements.
Also I would like to remain in touch with my creative side, that help me unwind from hectic workload which is demand of our daily work life.
So concentrate on both with equal dedication and passion.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Leader is someone who can Inspire others to be more than what they think of themselves being capable of. Per me leader is one who inspires, forecast future, clear in thoughts, Risk taker and committed to work
Initiative to develop a country
Serve back to country as and when required. Be honest to yourself when it comes of dealing with country. Do basic things correct like paying tax, helping your local municipal bodies.
Be Honest to your country
Influenced by
Little Strange but people who influenced me most are from Tennis world. Serena Williams and Rafael Nadal. These two reached top of their sports, met with life threatening and career ending illness.
But self motivation, determination, never give up attitude led them back to top of their sport. Today they are again No.1 in world.
So self belief, hard work and determination to keep fighting is something that inspires me and I see these qualities in these two.
