Description:
Ø Testing and validation of customer-returned
faulty specimens in the company’s product catalogue. The bulk
of the products operate in an SDH technology environment with the
testing happening on LINUX. Ø Experienced on giving online
support to the field failure cards and systems. Ø Making
the necessary changes to the products to render them fault-free
and/or recommending necessary corrective steps to the relevant
product teams. Ø Performing SIF testing of MC4L and MC16
products and qualifying these products for shipment. Ø SIF
Testing of BSNL and Nortel Products: In this SIF testing various
parameters are checked. Ø Experience in handling Factory
Acceptance Tests for customers.
