Motivating Factor
Well, i always consider that every day is a new day to learn things and add value to the firm that i am working with. I feel like i am an entrepreneur and running my own business so i never work to impress my reporting manager or anyone else at my work place,i have my own ways of getting things done
Importance of Marketing
I am responsible for International brand promotion for the Indian School of Business (ISB). I must say that i play an important role for the International Admissions part at ISB. I should come out with innovative ideas to spread the message of the school to right audience at all Non-Indian locations
Future prospect
I want to see myself as a decision maker after few years.
Building my own strong network by providing best service to my customers. I think a lot to come out with creative ideas to reach out to targeted audience. My experience has also made me learn that if an innovative idea has no effective promotion then it would cost you high so i always concentrate more on promoting my ideas effectively. As a marketing person i should always deliver results on time to access my growth in an organization.
Growth Prospect in marketing
Just by delivering results on time and generating revenue to the firm. A marketeer should always act as a path finder and create new avenues for organization's growth.

Social marketing is the trend that i am seeing now a days.
Importance of sales
Well, without sales there is no revenue to any organization.
All streams are inter related so there is no much difference. However, the only difference is, marketing deals externally (with customers) and all other streams deals internally (within an organization).
Positioning the product
I position my product as a value add to customer's profile and their career. I am not interested in showcasing my product by comparing with other's as i feel that it is unique.

• Planning all outreach activities at targeted locations globally
• Applying new strategies to attract International applicants and making them to apply to ISB
• Building strong network to spread ISB’s information all over
• Touching base with all International Educational Consultants and planning for future avenues to reach out to targeted pool.
• Providing overall International marketing support by doing various activities such as, emailing, follow up to applicants, planning events, etc.
