Personnel & Administration:
1. Recruitment of employees as per
the manpower budget
2. Joining formalities and compliances of
new entrance
3. Arranging & coordinating their job learning
activities and safety awareness while on job.
4.
Updation & record keeping of all the personnel of the Unit
5. Counseling the absentees and resolving minor grievances
6. Preparation of memos for disciplinary issues.
Statutory compliances:
1. Recording of declarations
/ nominations of all the employees.
2. Periodic
renewals, returns, assessments.
4. Attending to
inspections by PF Enforcement Officer.
5. Correspondence
with authorities.
HR activities:
1. Preparation of Offers &
Appointment letters.
2. Induction for Junior level
employees.
3. CTC calculations.
4. Performance ratings and
increment calculations.
5. Monthly MIS of HR – Plant
level.
6. Establishing HR framework and initiatives, setting
the vision, award systems and
Suggestions for the
same.
7. Overseeing the smooth implementation of HR policies
for recruitment .selection,
Induction, orientation and
development of new employees in the organization.
8. Managing
the developments and administration of Performance programs in
the
Organization and periodic reviews and
appraisals.
Training and
Development:
1. Coordinating the activities of the process of
identifying, consolidating, prioritizing and scheduling of
training needs for the employees on monthly basis.
2. Measuring
effectiveness of training in co-ordination with Department
Heads.
3. Arranging the training programmes by internal
faculties for OJT’s and general topics.
4. Preparation and
updation of training records in line with the Quality system
requirements, viz., ISO, TS – 16949.
5. Skill matrix
preparation of all the workmen in consultation with Department
Heads.
