Plans For The Future:
A successful person in the field of intellectual property rights and to handle IP work of the big business houses with the help of a good number of team members.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
The professional environment has changed a lot. Now people at the Govt. offices do not have any respect to the senior and / or junior people. The people in the Govt. office expect extra money from the people who are coming to these offices every day to work there as honest professionals. Similarly, the some new professionals do not have enough knowledge and therefore do not bother for any kind code of conduct and try to get the work done by hook and crook, which is not good at all.
Career Profile:
I have to manage all kinds of works, for my clients, from the registration of the intellectual property rights (IPRs), for example, Patent, Trade Mark, Industrial Designs and Copyright with the help of my team members. Also, I have to manage litigation work relating to the above mentioned intellectual property rights.
Family Background
I belong to middle class farmer's family and my father did of his best to send my eldest brother for study. My brother studied hard and secured first class almost in the exams and completed his PhD in physics around 1977. Subsequently, my eldest brother made sure we two younger brothers and one sister complete graduation, at least, and he could do that with hardships in his early life. My father passed away 12/13 years back.
Degrees That Matter:
I am already a registered patent and trade mark attorney. I succeeded to register myself with the Patent Office, Govt. of India in 1988 as a Patent Attorney while I was working with an intellectual property law firm. Thus, I am a qualified patent and trade mark attorney.
Growth Strategy:
Working hard and providing honest opinion to my clients without having any greed for the money.
Required Reading:
Now a day everything is available on internet, what they have to do is work hard and study it as much as they can. Also, they should be honest to their job and their clients.
