Qualities that we Look For While Hiring:
I am looking those candidates who can be a leader in future, it's not necessary what score they have in their Academic, I find out what quality they have different from other's like confidence, intelligence, dreams, thought towards the situation.I give some case study and in that I find what thought level they have and what's approach they used to solve that situation.

HR is very good area to do work & as well challenging also. when i interact with people i found that people are too much intelligent but due to bad policies and less opportunities they don't get right place to show there skill. we have to be alert at this time and give the option to right person. I like one theory of my company they always give opportunities to the fresher and we get good stuff but other companies don't have patience to teach the freshers. every company want's perfect person but don't wait to give shape for the perfectionist.

We all are a family member of a company when we attach with the company then we become a part of that. so i think any person with any department they should have a relationship of like a family member. if we think that it's our family then we never be wrong with that then we can give our best.
