Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My Mom, Better half with 2 kids 5 years and 2 years respectively. A complete joint family with 2 elder brothers and their siblings. One sis.

Degrees That Matter:

I am an MBA and hold few certificates of NCFM.

Working Life Management:

8 to 8 Office and 8 to 8 Family. Its a 50:50

Growth Strategy:

Always intend to develop the team I carry. I believe in showing right path to my team and believe in developing them as a future leader.

The Journey So Far:

9 and half years so far. Not believed in switches. 1st orgnaisation is Karvy and ICICI being the second. Started at junior level and presently serving in Middle level. Worked at Allahabad, Dehradun, Hyderabad and Delhi.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

When I joined in 2002 I found people around me always believed in Innovation, Creativity and attitude towards contributing to society, nowadays, peoples' priority is money and they do the job only to the extent of money they get. This thought will not produce Leaders and this should be changed.

In finance industry, people should regularly read business newspaper, register oneself to siliconindia. A very detailed website.

Plans For The Future:

Move on to next level. Entry to Senior Management.

Other Thoughts:

One should think of contributing towards society specially those who are deprived from basic needs.

Job Profile:

I take care for North India, a particular business vertical. Being one of the founder members of this vertical, share the responsibility of establishing the business in North. Challenges are there but we are there to convert them into opportunities.

Role Model:

My role model is Dhirubhai Ambani. The reason is he was a self made man and contributed a lot in Corporate Industries worldwide and believed in building the nation.

Done Differently:

I would love to reach out rural areas of my nation with all the financial products available in the market. This will help them understand the investments option available and they too can reap out the benefits. Besides, financial products, I think every sector should start developing the rural area
