My role model
I do not have any single role model in my life. I admire all those people who got success with hard work, patience and fair business rules with their small unique idea.
Initiative to develop a country
Professionals should contribute with lot of innovative ideas which can transform not only urban but also rural lives in India. Lot of Social enterprises are required to make India a developed country.
My strongest skill
I am technically proficient, good negotiator, innovative, multi tasker and born with leadership qualities.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
The scarcity of experienced resources in IT is one of the biggest challenges. As most of the educational institutes are still teaching proprietary technologies, it becomes difficult to find readily-employable resources in the market. Also, there are very few specialised training centres teaching students about these technologies, and if they are, then they are offering network and OS training, which are not required in the present scenario. We need to have institutes that train youngsters in the technologies that are being used for developing modern day IT solutions.
Important decision
The most important decision in my business journey was to discard proprietary solutions and adopt open source technologies which has proved to be a catalyst in our growth.
My achievements
We have currently hundreds of satisfied & happy clients all around the world. We have received many honors & awards for our work. OpenSource For You, an EFY Group Publication has featured Medma Infomatix as OpenBiz in their magazine, CIPS has awarded us as BHARAT GAURAV and Worlds Largest Workplace Snack Box Provider has recognised us as IT Supplier of the Year, 2010.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Though people consider me successful, but for me, success is a journey. Great leaders have to have qualities like presence of mind, innovative, patience, empathy, fairness, quick decision making, negotiation and most important should have capability to create leaders and not only followers.
Ensuring success
Entrepreneurship is about taking risk, learning from mistakes and trying new ideas again! I am constantly involved in trying new things and learning new technologies, I think this will help me in growing myself as business & individual both.
More about myself
I am parallel entrepreneur who loves to try new business ideas & ventures. Though I believe in karma but I take only calculated risks.

I am workoholic and you can see me working on even holidays & festivals. I am multi tasker and so, one can easily find me managing a software project one moment and then composing music in next moment.
