Important decision

Whatever I decided, could achieve with great determination and hard work. " I was studying in a college which was located about 11 km away from my village. In class XI my bicycle was stolen from the college. My father insisted to buy another bicycle but I denied considering the financial condition of my family. I took it as a challenge and decided to go and come to and from college by run. I became a district athelete. Never compromised with unlawful proposal or decisions, resultant I do not have many friends. I have always put my human beings on top priority in my life.

Couple of years from now

A most satisfied man on this earth.

My role model

The great philosophy of SWAMY VIVEKA NANDA. A simple and honest life style of my beloved father. Needless to quote anything about the greatness of Swamy Viveka Nanda. My father was illiterate by highly educated. I learnt a lot from his day to day life routine. He never had a single peny in his pocket. He handed over all the responsibility to me at the age of 10 and it develoved a great sense of responsibilty in me.

My achievements

I am a proud father of a proud son who has also been commissioned in the Army. He is also a very kind hearted human being like me. I have devoted and contributed a lot in their bringing up. My daughter too is less or more on the same track.

Degree that I recommend

No. The greatest degree is my simple and honest life style. I have always studied to learn and do better things in my life. Though still at the age of 60, I am planning to go for Phd.

My family background

My mother is alive and living in our native village along with my brother. In Lucknow - I, my wife, my son who is an Army Officer and my daughter studying in class XII.

My strongest skill

Develop a team spirit, and win their faith. Reach to the problems before hand the complaints lodged. Lead the team with total transparency.

More about myself

Tell the people that the colour of our blood remains same in every human being and does'nt change with your quality of eats. Let us develop a sense of equality and great love for all.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

A well disciplined personality with full of joy. Transparency in your team is a must. Above all one must be impartial and honest. Have the capability to set your own example by doing the work with your own hands in a better way. Always make your willing followers.

Ensuring success

Practicing to do always better for others. Working with full zeal and interest to achieve a better result. Though I am retired from the service but not yet tired. You think about your team and the team will create the opportunities for your growth and development.

Initiative to develop a country

Stop making black money and create infrastructures at lowest level those who are capable. Become impartial and enroll the capable people. Educate the mass to elect the honest people.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Better quality of basic education in remote villages. Children must be taught about our rich culture and history. Character building education be imparted at all level. Hindi and English both languages should be given equal importance.

Brief description about me

I was born and brought up in a village of Ballia District (Uttar Pradesh). I had a very honest, clean and God fearing family atmosphere which encouraged me always to develop a different personality in me.In 1971 I joined Indian Army worked very hard and later got commissioned. I retired from the army in 2003 and now settled in Lucknow (UP). I have a blind faith in spirituality and have adopted in my life as a great science. I am of the firm believe that all human beings are equal and there should'nt be any discrimination in our mind. "Set your own example and make others to follow you in a true spirit". Do something better for others if you could do.
