Describe your Web Application?
I have worked on a web application (Its a huge one) its an electronic medical record (EMR) application which helps doctors, front desk staff at hospitals, billing persons to carry out their day to day activities smoothly and quickly.
Creation of Websites
always keep in mind that web site or application should be very user friendly, i.e even an user accessing the site for the first time he/she should be able to understand what the site or application is meant for without any prior guidance.This can be achieved my making it smart and faster.
Decisions That Mattered
At the very start of my career; When I joined CDAC course like everybody I was thinking to become a developer and I got opportunity to work in testing.Even though I was in testing I got a chance to remain in touch in with technology in the project and I now got chance to join as developer.
Suggested Skills and Technologies
Perl scripting, unix, oracle and automation testing with perl.
What additional skills do you have?
Smart worker, sometimes work can be done by putting in lot off efforts or efforts can saved by doing some smart work and I do cache those opportunities. I am not afraid of doing things which are my weakness e.g. i do speak in front of crowd whenever I get a chance being aware of I do get nervous.
Your Achievement
Achievements may not be that big but are I feel they are worth to mention.
It feels great when your colleagues an client appreciate your work not once, twice but very often.
It also feels great whenever you get certified in whet you do Cleared ISTQB certification.

be self confident, do not give up while answering question asked in interview, try to divert the interview towards which you know best and I think you are through.
Educational background
I am an Electronics and Telecommunication engineer passed out in 2007.
After that I've done diploma in advance computing (CDAC) and joined IT industry in Feb 2008.
Deadlines
I always take work pressure and deadlines as a challenge and I always feel great when I achieve things which are challenging. if I am overloaded,have more than enough to do in a given amount of time I always think that I am learning,growing and developing skills to handle these kind of situations.
Journey to the corporate world
I joined as Software test engineer in a reputed company and invested 3.5 years where I grown as a experienced tester and also developed the programming skills. I've worked as a manual tester for 1.4 years. I will now be joining another organisation as an automation expert/developer
Working in a Team / Individual
I always try to be a good team player where I can share my knowledge and gain knowledge from other team members. I give my best to do the things on my own before I seek for the help from other team members and I always ask for the expert opinion on the things I do.
