profitability, enhance collections, implement marketing
strategies along with the field force for effective promotion and

Field Force in achieving the targets. • Launch of new

sales force. • To cover all the regions of Ukraine. • To
ensure 90-100% customer coverage. • Selection of products for
registration along with Mktg. Dept. • Feedback to Country
manager regarding all the proceedings. • Maintain and improve
on secondary sales. • Field work with MSR’s. • Find out
scope of supply agreements with Local Manufacturers Role of my
Department in the Company, my role within the Department and what
main areas my job covers. • Primary and Secondary
sales. • Training , motivation of field staff so as to achieve
their targets. • Development of key business relations and
projects for long term gains. • Work on the right product mix
and implementing the strategies. • Understanding the needs of
the market and respond to the changes if any actively. Decisions
made alone along with immediate Manager • Selection of Field
force • Selection of Distributors. • Product mix along with
MKtg. Dept. • Strategeis along with Mktg. Dept. • Local
matters. • Registration along with Regulatory
Manager. • Legal issues. • HR issues with Country
