country • Finalising properties for future expansion within
vicinity as well as across the country • Logistics for raw

equipments • Accountable for checking, correcting and updating
the progress on site for all the depts.
Accomplishments: • Finalised the selection of the site and
procured more than 83 Acres of land, purchase of 400 Acres of
land in pipeline and confirmed by the authority • Permissions
from various department • Planned a project of size 8,00,000
sq.ft. of construction – 2,00,000 sq.ft. construction already
completed • Co-ordinating permissions from various govt.
departments like Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation,

road development, Gaurav Path etc., for Central Assistance under
JNNURM. • Drafted Town Planning Schemes for various
Administration Zones of Surat Municipal Corporation under The
Gujarat Town Planning & Urban Development Act –
1976. • Initiated various e-governance activities like GIS,
Vehicle Tracking, procurement of Drafting and GIS Software,
training etc. • Formulated, prepared and implemented the
Revised Development Plan of Surat Urban Development Authority.

Senior Town Planner. • Assisted the Committee of experts in
the field of urban development to study and suggest the Model
development Control Regulations useful to the corporation cities
and urban/area development authorities of six major cities of
Gujarat, which involved coordinating committee meetings &
preparing draft report for submission; the report was submitted
to the Government for sanction.
• Prepared reports on Valuation of the properties under
acquisition • Prepared reports for Integrated Development of
Small and Medium Towns (viz. Dahod, Godhra, Amreli, and Porbander
etc.) and monitored the scheme.
• Prepared and developed plan of small towns
viz. Bavla etc. • Prepared and implemented T.P Scheme no. 37
(Danilimda). • Drafted Revised Development Plan for AUDA for
the year 2011, using Remote Sensing Imageries, with the use of
GIS, in co-ordination with ISRO. • Prepared draft report on
the MPC Act and DPC Act. Accomplishments: • A joint project
with SAC/ISRO for the preparation of Revised Development Plan for
AUDA for the year 2011, using Remote Sensing Imageries, with the
use of GIS, ARC/INFO Work for this purpose involved digitization
of maps, analysis in ARC/INFO workstation environment,
interpretation of Satellite Imageries with the help of PCIWORKS
and IMAGEWORKS using PAN and LISS-III data. (It was first of its
