Goals and Ambitions
Entrepreneurship is in my agenda on priority. My goal for next 5 years to be a face in telecom industry as an entrepreneur to help MSME to help them in finding best solution for their daily needs.
Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
We in India believes in making quick money and services are the way to make quick money with very less investment. To make tech product requires a lot of innovation and time. Indian companies do not want to invest in R&D and they truly believe in numbers.
Lack of infrastructure and govt support is the main hinderance in the path of product companies. Govt should encourage private and govt organisations to purchase products from starter companies instead of looking their balance sheets and past records.
Family Background
I came from a middle class family where my father is a govt employee and my mother is a homemaker.
My advice
Goal of first job should be learning rather than money.

Especially in telecom field experience is more important than office job.
Try to diverse your learning with different departments in initial years and then decides your specialty based on your interest. This opportunity to shape your career is possible only with small companies rather than with Big MNCs. So first chose small startups if you have options.
Making job easier
Interest in your profile always makes your work easier. It is always good to be a lead in your team but being a team member makes your work more enjoyable sometimes. Good relations with each team member makes my life easier at my work place.

Being different
Engineers have special ability of problem solving.
Analytic approach towards every problem whether it is for finance or up sells always segregate an engineer from rest of the crowd.
Current Trends
Flood of smart phone and cost efficient data plans from incumbent 4G operators will be the game changers for telecom consumers.
Innovative mobile applications with high data rate from operators will the game changers in coming years
Challenges faced in job
Technology is evolving everyday and keeping pace with this change is always challenging.
Dynamics of telecom industry are also make it an uncertain industry.
These challenges encourage you to keep pace with technology and diversify your knowledge.
My important career decision
I always tried to work with various departments in the organisation to have a deep understanding the ways telecom works.
Moving from one department to another at right time were the decisions which helps me in accelerating in my career path
My role model
I do not have role models. I never want to be like anyone else.
You should have your own thinking and should always try to be achieve your own dreams rather than following someone
