Family Background

There are 8 members in my family.Mom,Dad,me,three younger sisters,My lovely wife and my cute son.My father is a army retired person,and my mom is a housewife.They all r living in a very small village in bihar.Two of the sisters are married.I with my wife,son,&one sister are living in jabalpur(M.P).

Job Profile:

I am a lecturer in engg. college in cse deppt.At present i am taking lecture on database,and my favourite subject datastructure.I'm als looking for publishing a book on DS.I am also guiding the students for developing major projects in different streams as a project guide.Thanks.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Not so many changes had took place since i joined this profession.The programming is still written in Turbo c ,jdk,Visual studio....and so on.The only thing that has changed is the way people are working.They are applying shortcuts like teaching with using projectors instead with using white boards.

Growth Strategy:

The important things in my profession is to be updated with the emerging technologies to lead from others and that is thing i am doing most importantly.At present i am working on Android OS which is new Technology.This is most important thing which will make u emerge as a leader .

Plans For The Future:

After couple of years i am trying to publish more number of journals specially in IEEE computer society.I will also try to double my salary ,that will help in purchasing my new house.I will also try to open school in my village to provide free education to he needy villagers.

The Journey So Far:

Not more experince ,the begining has started now.

Working Life Management:

It is very easy to manage.I make a very small weekly plans and start working on that.
I always make small plan execution and that help me better.
