I am a Graduate and thereafter I have completed PGDHRM & PGDIR&PM. My job profile is mainly divided into two parts, one is entire administrative work namely, logistics, travels, capital purchase, security contract and maintaing of various statutes like, contract labour licence, Shops & Establishment licence, Gratuity calculation and the other is 'HR' where formulation of various policies, viz. Travel, Pay roll, restructuing, re-engineering, training, succession planning, recruitment etc.
