Current Job description
Based in Assam, India, Mrinal heads the Hotel operations in Assam as Hotel Nandan expands the portfolio of Room Division & Banqueting at Guwahati. In addition, he is responsible for the establishment and measurement of the exacting quality and service standards in line with the overall branding strategy. Where in his most recent role as Vice President Operations the main area of concentrations are on modernization of Room facilities and responsible for managing F& B operations and innovation.
Previously- Renovated Hotel Highway, 40 Rooms at Tinsukia, Assam, India.
A seasoned hotelier, Mrinal brings 34 years of National & International Exposer and experience to the role, the last 15 of which he spent in Assam with the Hotel Nandan, Vishwaratna and Xikka Group of Restaurants & hotels in a number of general management and corporate positions.
Mrinal commenced his hospitality career with the Three-star Lytton Hotel in his native Kolkata and moved to Assam in 1989 where he was General Man
