My brief description
I am working in Huawei Technologies India. I am working as a developer/lead in Huawei. I have 4.5 years of experience. I lead 2 people. I have worked in India(Bangalore) and China(Shenzhen)

Challenges in Job
Being a chinese firm time to market for products is very less, so to implement new features in product time available is very less. Rigourous work ensures I am going through the whole product flow and working on latest technologies provides me an edge in the market. Growth is good.
Job made easier
Learning faster and having sound knowledge on technology discussing with peers helps make job easier and efficient.
Upcoming Trends
Nothing as such I find is game changing. Its normal BAU work.

My point of view
First to make a product we need to have a market ready for it and willing to put that to use.  Both china and US score here because there government is willing to have in house products and use them , enhance them and then put it in commercial arena.   Ideally there are many software developers craving for quality work but what is lacking is the idea that can be sold in market and the brand value for the same also.

My goal
Work in the best IT firm in terms of money/Tech/Worklife for a few years and then leave job and go back to my home town and work in any small IT firm near my home.
Family background
My father is a doctor and mother is a house wife.
Advice to Professionals
Work on things that excite you. Then we will feel like working. Dont limit your ambitions, go for anything you want.
Advice to college student
Know what exactly is needed to get a job in industry rather than beating around the bush. And guys from particular departments should aim for jobs pertaining to same filed rather than all jumping into IT. That way we can put what we study in our work.
