Important lesson learned
Yup. Very much. 1. Rule No 1: Customer is always right. Rule No 2: If customer is wrong, refer rule number 2.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
Education has grown leaps and bounds in teh last decade with the advent of Distance learning. For Indian Education it is high time to get practical and introduce more of industrial trainings and KT enabling our engineers to understand what they need to deliver when they are out in the market.
Couple of years from now
Retired! Just kidding. Minimum to be the GM of a compnay.

Please go for IT security and ISO certifications, as these are the trends and requirements that will never die.

The person needs to be patient, having a strong acumen, understanding and most of all lilked by his/hers team.

Development can happen only when corruption is minized. The professionals can hardly contribute to this trend.
