Work Profile:
1. RECRUITMENT AND INDUCTION:
• Handle
recruitment at all levels
• Identify sources, place
advertisements & manage candidate profiles sent for
consideration.
• Screen resumes as per the job requirements &
calls for written test / interview.
• Conducting preliminary
round interviews with candidate and assist in short listing;
• Generation of offer letter and appointment letters to the
candidate.
• Responsible for Induction and Joining of all new
joinees in the company
• Interactions with different
recruitment agencies
2. STATUTORY MATTERS:
• Compliances
of customer statutory requirements.
• Calculations &
Settlement of PF / ESIC / Gratuity claims.
• Data management
for filing Monthly/ Yearly PF and ESIC returns.
• Calculating
and ensuring employee statutory deductions including TDS and
professional tax wherever applicable
• Calculating and
processing OD and different leave availabilities including
maternity leave etc for the employees.
3. PAYROLL INVENTORY
• Preparing payroll records, to reduce the manual workload of
administrative activities.
• Keeping track of employee
attendance system;
• Preparation and processing of monthly
salary
4. EMPLOYEES WELFARE:
• Assist in initiatives for
creating a positive work environment through maintenance of
harmonious employee relations.
• Assist in employee
communication through running the HR Forums.
• Formulating
Reward & Recognition programme.
• Assessing employee
performance on a periodical basis, as per the specified company
policies.
• Charting out promotions, bonus and salary
increments etc, based on employee performance.
• Handling
functions of canteen meant for the employees.
• Handling
welfare activities statutory and Non- Statutory.
• Attending
interpersonal issues arising at the work place and initiating
team motivational activities.
5. TRAINING &
DEVELOPMENT:
• Assessing the training need of
employees
• Assist in developing a suitable training
programmes
• Arranging both in house and off site management
development programmes for employees at different levels

POLICIES & PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION:
• Preparation of employee
handbook for the organization.
• Developing and implementing
innovative and employee friendly HR policies for employee
satisfaction levels through regular surveys.
• Conceptualize
and implement policies for HR Operations and achieve synergy with
global HR strategies.
7. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
• Conduct
performance management and ask the Appraisee & Appraiser
Workshops.
• Performance Appraisal Discussion & Resolve
Disagreements
8. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Taking Exit
interviews and analysis of attrition data
• Promoting
employees referral schemes
• Grievance handling Manage and
resolve employee HR related concerns and issues.
• Generation
of various HR Reports
