Accident Policy Responsible for Full & Final settlement of
left employees’ Salary Administration, Leave management &
Attendance Record (c) Industrial Relations Activities (in Past
Employment) Negotiating terms & conditions of employment
with employee representatives Establishing mutually
beneficial channels of communications throughout the organization
& Obtaining commitment from the workforce Liasoning with
legal authorities such as GLO, ESI etc. Workforce
utilizations / Absenteeism analysis / Accident Records Adept
in executing time bound assignments and manpower management with
minimum resources. Managerial abilities to coordinate,
manage, motivate and lead diverse teams. Six years of
dedicated and committed experience in Human Resource Management.
