Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am basically from Coimbatore, TN. My father Chandran and My mother Kalavathi a traditional tamil hindu family with Gold Smith business background since 4 decades. I have a younger brother who is working in a CTS - USA since 4 years.

Job Profile:

Credivis India Consulting was founded by me, a passionate HR Professional with 13 years of experience, a Social Entrepreneur & extensive Investor from start of his career and has been involved in managing large IT & IT enabled services business across India & Abroad.

Working Life Management:

I am passionate about my life & love my business, more often I believe that both are dear to my heart so nothing has come on my way over the last 13 years where I could differentiate.

Role Model:

Mahatma Gandhi, I like his style and transparency & change factor.

Done Differently:

Very simple, I will put all the following factors together even before I start my new business – Longer Vision & Strategy, Financial Plan, Business Development Plan & Innovation for the future.

The Decisions That Matter

I have made consciously 2 decisions, one is took the route to be straight & have clarity on the deliverables, 2nd took the path of Leadership, not to showcase but to contribute.

Career Profile:

Credivis India Consulting was founded with an aim to create a “Online Social community for Financial Stability for SMEs”. Prior to this I was heading Operations of a Human Resource Management Company. My Current role is more Online Specific, earlier it was on Process.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

We have got a good testimonial from a customer with whom we had a great disagreement earlier. Still we wanted to be with this customer & current our mistake. Took a while but we could turn around and make that customer happy about our Services and was named as preferred vendor partner. That was cool

Plans For The Future:

We would like to go public in few years and float our company in the BSE SME exchange.

Advice For New Professionals:

Whatever they do, it should benefit at least 1000 (People) end users positively. More Innovative and Visible they are it would bring in prosperity to their families and also country.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

To make it specific our market share has increased and our visibility across our domain has become sizable.

I would recommend they can read anything which will make them think that they are worth. Which is the only important thing which would guide them through all the tough times to come in their business journey
