Family Background
born and brought up from a middle class family, haven't got better options to learn what i was keen for. mother was a home maker and father is a owner of small departmental store, above all both are not highly educated. all i learnt from them is through their experiences through out their life. the best was being only male child in whole family, i always had that freedom and i should call myself as the pampered kid to all my family mates
Job Profile:
After 4 successful years career at, joined as city sales head an dintroduced the brand foodpanda to bengaluru and launched the service in hyderabad and chennai too. further expanding the service 6 other parts of south india in coming months. currently looking after ground level sales and client acquisition followed with brand establishment in all these operational cities.
Growth Strategy:
honesty and dedication is what i believe in that helps anyone's growth and would help any leader to grow.n i would always want the god to gift me the same forever. at present trying to stand on my own feet, through all the experience that i gained in the last 6 years. tried all the way to enter ever possible department and never sticked to just one role that was offered. and so could able to learn the business atleast to the extent it take's off
Prized Accomplishment(s):
just being a high school pass out and then after a long gap could able to do my both degree and graduation, which is now helping me inform of adding qualification to my experience to grow to next level
The Decisions That Matter
after working in so many small sized companies in various profiles, finally by 2008 stepped in to e-commerce through (then called) which is now turned to justeat,in. the most important decision taken was in 2012 by joining foodpanda and moving to next level of designation from city sales head to regional sales head.
Advice For New Professionals:
i think i am not that good adviser although just want to tell only one thing,"don't ever limit and don't ever under estimate yourself of what you are today. keep learning as much as you can and those learning's will keeps you stand out from the crowd with some or other uniqueness that you are good for"
The Journey So Far:
its always, as challenging as it is and at the same time gives whole insight of the business interaction working closely in this corporate world.
Plans For The Future:
as every entrepreneur have his own dream of running own business and being from the common man root, i too will be standing at the next level of running my own business in near future
Working Life Management:
i am nothing but a workaholic. never restricted myself for that 8 hours job and so spend atleast 12-14 hours of the day dedicating just to work work work. so it never a problem to manage it

better to get inspired on own - this is what i believe
