Thoughts on Education system of our country
Education should be compulsory for at least up to 12th standard for all. Education should also be free for poor families and some incentives may also be announced for these category persons. For higher education, there must be some Government scholarships for the deserving children. Some more stricter norms and conditions should be put to the private educational institutions for imparting free education to deserving candidates.
My family background
My father retired from the post of Assistant Chief Accountant, Municipal corporation of Delhi.

My wife is managing our home and other household affairs. I have two sons. One is in 12th an another is in 8th standard.
Important decision
To start my private practice in the starting of my carrier. I have started practice in the year 1996 and at that time popularity of CS is very low and corporate are very reluctant to comply the company law.
Brief description about me
A Commerce Graduate (B. Com), Master of Business Administration with Finance specialisation and a Fellow member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is PG Diploma holder in Tax Laws awarded by Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He is also a Member (MIMA) of All India Management Association and on the Panel of Arbitrators of NSE (National Stock Exchange), BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) and CDSL (Central Depository Services India Limited). He has passed Two NCFM certificate courses of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). He was the member of various core committees of ICSI and NIRC of ICSI and is on the panel of Peer Reviewers of ICSI.

He is having more than 18 years experience of Company Law and other various Corporate Laws.

Decision making and shouldering the responsibilities coming out of the decisions taken. Thoughtful and should know how to get the work done.
