BCM-ECU Testing System Duration: 6 Months Team size:
4 Platform: NI LabVIEW Real Time System Scope: Developed for
the testing of the ECU (e.g. BCM) in the Hardware in Loop
Simulation. The system simulated the actual driving conditions
against which the ECU is tested in the HIL simulation for the
meeting the specification. With this set up we are able to do all
functional checks in simulated environment thus reducing time in
development testing phase. Role: Designer, Developer Title:
Data Acquisition & Analysis for TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring
System) Duration: 6 months Team size: 5 Platform: NI
LabVIEW Real Time System Scope: Data acquisition & analysis for
Tyre Pressure Monitoring System. The program is capturing the
data from the magnetic coils fitted in the wheels of vehicle and
analysis it for the reduced tyre pressure in the vehicle. Role:
Designer, Developer Title: Driver Distraction
Measurement System Duration: 5 months Team size:
4 Platform: NI LabVIEW Real Time System Scope: The aim was to
measure distraction to driver while driving. It includes the
simulation of the obstacles for the driver and recording of the
response time of the reactions while operating the various
functions in vehicle. Role: Designer, Developer Title: Test
Equipments Automation and Management System Duration: 6
Months Team size: 4 Platform: Visual Basic 6.0, SQL
Server, COM, Serial Communication (RS-232) Scope: Various test
equipments for performing tests on components like Data
acquisition, analysis and control. This automation and management
system is mainly play a key role in efficient working of the
testing systems. The system is design with Client-Server
