Brief description about me

"I was born in Bijapur , Karnataka and attended Kalidas High School. Ever since I was a teenager, I tinkered with electronics. It was my hobby, my passion, and my way of learning. So Having a dream to become engineer I have stepped up my college with science after 12th ,I joined Basaweshwar Engineering college Bagalkot (VTU Belgaum) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. By the time I graduated Engineering , I have joined Saudi Arabian Saipem Ltd ,Dammmam(KSA) as Trainee Engineer . There my role is quality engineer being part of Saipem I enjoy inspecting and Auditing our internal companies dept and also as an external Auditor for Sub-Contractors and Vendors . But as I am much interested in embedded field resigned from Saipem came back to India and started my carrer in the field of embedded with Knowx Invvovation Pvt Ltd Bangalore being part of Knowx I had enjoyed and learned the need of industries here my role is programming and design of schematics for projects I now presently with Keetronics(India)Pvt Ltd Pune as Asst HOD R&D department . here I am involved in all the projects and product development ,programming and support to production for newly designed production.The main two products completely designed by me ,Energy saver for hotels and Touch electrical switch. Keetronics mainly in the field of keyboard manufacturer but since last 3year involved in home automation. Total I have 5year of experience in my filed and I am leading team of 3engineers and 2 technician at R&D dept

My point of view

As you know most of our Indian market gathered with companies from outside these companies use our talent in their products and they pay good salaries too which attract the good candidates ,on oppose to this our Indian enterprisers give less salary take more work and still except long time in office which leads to unsatisfied employee and even he/she not get enough time for them to get free their mind from work tension leads to not involved in new ideas and change in working style.

My goals

I want develop my own product in the field of agriculture filed to help our farmer and I have started my step ahead it is in under testing now, I’ll launch this product with my own company.

Family Background

I am from middle class family my father Gaibusab H.Rajbar is an kerosin distributor ,mother is home maker .I have 2 younger brothers and one sister .Sister name is Salma married and my brothers Shafeeq done his MBA (HR & Marking ) and Akram still studying .

Advice to professionals

The 1st advise those who start there carrier in embedded filed must familiar with 8051 programming the best book is Majidi 8051 and C programming .

Advice to College students

I’ll advise them to do extra project in their vacation spending time with the pass out seniors in same field as they want to do there carrier .
