Manager for Midmarket,I am responsible for,
1)Managing the
accounts of four states of North America Maryland.washington
DC,Virginia,West Virginia.
2)Achieving the Quota set by the
mangement on a monthly basis.
3)Maintaining customer accounts by
encouraging them to renew the exixting licenses.
4)Selling and
educating the customer about the new products.
5)Updating
cutomers existing records.
6)Co-ordinating with the channel
partners like the resellers and the distributors for an account
and get that order released.
7)Creating new opputunity for
various new products and in turn develop the business by reaching
out to new customers.
8)Building a strong relationship with the
Channel partners and the enduser for business growth.
9)Sending
surveys to the enduser to analyse what best can be
done.
10)Forecasting oppputunities and the business for a
quarter and roll it to the higher management
