Mr. Arun Tadanki (Ex MD Monster), Mr. Dhruv Shenoy (Ex. VP Monster) & Mr. Pramod Chaganti (Ex Branch Manager Monster). All three of these people have made significant influence in my career. Arun is an energy house. Dhruv is a master planner and Pramod (My immediate manager) was great at execution.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Change is the only constant and I believe in it. Some things have changed for good, some for bad. However, you cannot expect everything to be same forever. It's good to see, larger organizations hiring in a more organized way than it happened before 2008. This discipline is good.
Advice For New Professionals:
My advice to youngsters would be to stick to basics, put in the hardwork, keep looking for opportunities to improve / improvise. Think of your company as your business and that will drive you towards success.
The Journey So Far:
Well it's been a long and rewarding journey. I have seen a lot of ups and downs. I guess that is the way its meant to be. By far it has been very pleasing and I hope it will continue the same way for long time to come. It's very different than what it seems from outside, but it is good.
Done Differently:
I would definitely like to add some technical skills to my profile if I can re-do the entire life-cycle. It sometimes becomes difficult, when you depend on external people in difficult conditions and they do not respond properly. I would be happy if I can execute some projects independently.
Career Profile:
In my current role, I'm still engaging with clients to build business. Only because now I am a partner in the organization, additional responsibilities of P&L management and financial and official management are on me. Earlier, my management took care of those for me. It's challenging and I love it.
