About Sudhir K Samantaray
presently working as Assistant Professor in Psychology, Post Graduate Govt. College, Sector-11, Chandigarh, affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh, INDIA and having more than 19 years of teaching experience in the field of higher education sector and 5 years in voluntary sector; and he has authored, co-authored and contributed chapters to near about 9 books; published 51 articles in national and international journals and periodicals; presented 32 papers in national and international conferences/seminars held at India, UK, Germany, Malaysia, Australia, US etc.; organized 12 state and national level conferences/seminars; completed 5 major and minor research projects. He is associated with many national and international organisations in disseminating knowledge and research in the field of higher education. His area of research includes Organizational Behaviour, HRM, HRD and its relevance to teaching-learning process and organizational setups. In addition to it, he is associated with various social issues in safe-guarding the rights of children, women, and socially deprived, challenged and oppressed class. He is the member of various national and international organizations and associations and presently associated with Chandigarh Administration in protecting the rights of children and women; presently working as ex-officio member of Indian Council of Child Welfare, Chandigarh Chapter, Chandigarh.
