of the Project. Handling Level 1 activities for the below
mentioned Domains. Network Support. RSA Token
Administration. Handling requests on Password Reset and
Account Lockout. Solaris Support. Backup Monitoring and
Drive Maintenance. Checking Status of Backups Drive
Maintenance. Proxy 1 Log Maintenance. SAP Printer
Administration. Windows Support. Resolving user access
issues like resetting the passwords, granting access to the users
for directories in Windows Active Directory. Configuration of
Windows XP, 2000 and MS-Office in user’s desktop. Checking
the Alerts that are received from the Monitoring tool.
