I trained with the Enterprise Division for Wireline Services of
Reliance Communications for 5 months. I was involved in 3
projects: 1. Churn Management: A Market research project to
evaluate the needs and requirements of corporates and also gain
an insight into the Telecom players in this segment. 2.
Project 1 service provider: Conducted feedback research amongst
existing enterprise accounts so as to explore more business
oppportunities within them to make RCOM their complete telecom
service provider 3. Business Development Initiatives for
procuring new Enterprise accounts
