about me well, i started my career in the hospitality industry as a management trainee and rose to the position of restuarant manager within a span of 4years, then changed my profession moved to BPO, started as an agent and went on to train both new and existing employees, at present i am working as a soft skills trainer for an NGO training participants from various sector.
