Third Party Inspection Jobs for Engineering items, supervising & carrying out inspections at vendors works as per following:-
(i) Audit of various manufacturing plants at all over India on behalf of RIO-TINTO (A world second largest mining equipment organization).
(ii) Inspection of Forged Steel Grinding Media Balls at Shree R.N. Metals, Jaipur on behalf of Indraprastha Power Generation Company Limited, New Delhi (A Govt. of NCT of Delhi Undertaking). Scopes of inspection were Visual & Dimensional check, Hardness Test, Compression Strength & Chemical Composition Test for the finished balls.
(iii) Inspection of Stainless Steel Wire at KEI Industries, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan).
(iv) Inspection of Ferro Metals at Jindal Stainless Ltd., Hissar on behalf of Metko Marketing, Gurgaon (Haryana).
(v) Inspection of Hot dip galvanized steel poles export to Mozambique on behalf of Mohan Energy Corporation Ltd., New Delhi.
(vi) Inspection of Auto Parts at Super Circle Auto Ltd., Sampla (Haryana).
(vii) Weighment audit of all plant of Hindustan Zinc at Rajasthan & Vishakhapatnam.
(viii) Inspection of Lamp Shells at Surya Roshni, Kashipur (Uttaranchal).
(ix) Field audit of Rural Electrification on behalf of Reliance Energy Limited, Noida (UP) & other Inspections.
(x) Inspection of Steel Pipes at Swastik Pipes, Bahadurgarh (Haryana). Scopes of inspection were Visual & Dimensional check, Yield Stress Test, Elongation, Galvanizing Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test & Chemical Composition Test for the finished condition of Steel Pipes.
(xi) Inspection of TMT-Steel Bars at various manufacturing plants at Raipur, Rourkela on behalf of Reliance Energy Limited, Noida. Scopes of inspection were Visual & Dimensional check, Ultimate Stress Test, Elongation, Bend, Rebend & Chemical Composition Test for the TMT-Steel Bars.
(xii) Inspection of Hi-Chrome Steel Grinding Media Balls at Shree R.N. Metals,. Scopes of inspection were Visual & Dimensional check, Hardness Test & Chemical Composition Test for the finished balls.
(2) Worked with Meko Auto Industries, Delhi from October 1995 to November 1997 as a Quality Engineer.
WORK PROFILE:
Inspection Jobs for water pumps of various types of vehicle engine.
Physical & Visually inspection through approved Drawing of water pumps & their accessories.
Maintain daily store information of finished goods.
(3) Worked with B. S. Dynamic Academy, Kasganj (U.P.) from December 2000 to December 2005 as a Computer faculty Engineer.
