audience o Analyzing each feedback after discussions with the
customer. Generate analysis reports. Inputs from feedback given
to different divisions like R&D, Customer support, Sales,
Logistics and Product Managers inputs for CAPA (Corrective and
Preventive Action) for further
improvement. • Tendering o Studying & preparing tender
documents under guidance for huge tenders o Ensuring timely
submission of tenders o Submitting online tenders o Vendor
registration with Government organizations both online and
through hard copy submission • Customer/Channel Partner
Relationship Management o Plan relationship management program
for the year for Channel Partners, Consultants, OEM’s, Panel
Builders and End Customers o Awards and recognition in terms of
Incentives, leisure trips to international destinations for top
ten customers in all categories o Ensuring CRM plans are
implemented as scheduled • Sales Promotional Plans o Design
of sales promotional concepts like  Conserve My
Campus  Display panels at state electricity boards and
Confederation of Indian Industries(CII), Kiosks at airports
etc  Panel discussion on energy efficiency in different
national dailies like Business Standard and Economic Times with
different industrial sectors o SMS promotional plans like new
product alerts, recalibration campaigns, new service alerts to
customers o Independently handling budgets and approvals for all
marketing promotional activities • Website o Updating the
website and intranet on a daily basis o Coordinating with
internal departments for latest content o Working on sitemap,
design and wireframes for new website as per the new strategy of
the company •Ad Agencies o Co-ordination with PR agency for
press releases, event management, designing of marketing
collaterals, newsletters etc o Development and implementation of
media communication plan o Presentation to PR agencies and Top
Management about the Marcom plan
