About Jyotirmoy Bose
Currently am Founder & CEO of White Spaces Consulting, based in New Delhi. White Spaces provides Business Performance Improvement & Organisation Capability Building services to Small and Medium Enterprises including implementation support with a success linked fee structure.
Prior to this, I was President - Bennett Advisory Services that provided brand, people and process consulting services to Small & Medium Enterprises in India. Previously, I led the Performance & Rewards practice for Andersen / Ernst & Young overseeing 41 countries across Europe, Middle East, India & Africa (EMEIA). During 2001-2004, the practice grew from US $ 1 Million to US $ 4 million.
I have over 20 years experience across:
1. Manufacturing - Asian Paints
2. Financial Services - ANZ Grindlays Bank, Mumbai
3. Information Technology - Purpleyogi.com, acquired by Iron Mountain
4. Consulting - Arthur Andersen, acquired by Ernst & Young

I possess a degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi (1984) and a MBA from IIM Calcutta (1986).
