Job Responsibility:
Operation and maintenance of
Ericsson RBS 2000 series BTS. Up gradation of BTS sites for
better network performance. Quality audit of sites, Looking
after all the CF faults and TRX fault of all sites. Dropping
E1’s at various sites, TRU addition and activation.
Communication of faults and a solution to the customer.
Performance of microwave and Minilink. HOP Up gradation from
4x2 to 16 x2 & from 1+0 to 1+1 in live sites. Recommend timely
actions and solutions to customer service requests.
Maintenance and repair of BTS, Microwave (transmission).
Completely responsible for Integration, Installation and Testing
of BTS & Microwave sites. Coordinating with the
field technicians and Engineers to resolve any network
degrading faults generated at BTS sites and Installation teams.
Coordinating with Vendors and other Operators regarding site
issues. Checking VSWR measurement using BIRD site master.
Alarm testing & integration. To maintain & trouble shoot
BTS (2204 V2, 2202, 2206) in all respects. Integration &
Maintenance. Supervise sites and find punch point and rectify
them, commissioning (integration) of BTS 2204& 2206,
2204 V2, 2202, 3G NODE B Up gradations of back up software’s
in OPTICAL TRU, MMU, RADIO, and TRAFFIC NODE Capacity
upgradation of transmission equipments as per project and
transmission requirements Maintain electrical equipment (DG
and PIU) running records. 3G NODE B FULL COMMISSION 3G
NODE B SOFTWEAR UPGRADATION OF P5 TO P6. USE ALL SOFTWEAR
Telecom Software: OMT (23_5, 28_2, 30_4,
31_9,32_6,33_6) MSM (6.0, 6.3, 6.5) BULLETPROOF FTP
SERVER(2.15) Java Applet (Minilink, Hicap) AXX 9820 CRAFT
4.0, 2.0 3G SOFTWEAR- RBS Element Manager, WS_FTP95,
