Growth Strategy:

Each and every day is a challenging day for me. I interact with all levels of people around me and learning the new things from them.Always searching for new opportunities. One thing that inspires me every day is " Heights of Dedication,Heights of Sincerity, and Heights of Excellency".

Working Life Management:

I would like to give a realistic answer, rather than a idealistic answer.Of course its a bit challenging for me to have work life balance, i think i am not so matured to answer this. But i always try to have a balance , like completing the work with in time,creating some room for my personal work.

Job Profile:

I am Presently working as QA R&D Tester in Electronic Arts(EA).My job is to test applications in Mobile technology platforms like Android, Windows 7,J2ME,Samsung Bada, RIM Blackberry,and Qualcomm's BREW. And doing R&D on upcoming gadgets, prototype devices and mobile technology platforms.

The Journey So Far:

I started my career as QA Tester with a team called "FutureTech", in EA.I am always an inquisitive man, that led me to explore the new things in a very different manner.During my tenure as a QA, i learned how to break a system , which was well sophisticated built ones.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

First one is gaining reputation as Quick learner and Creative Tester in my company.
Second thing is my managers believed that i am capable of doing challenging tasks.
Third one is acquiring knowledge on electronics, software and gaming domains.

Plans For The Future:

After two years, i want to see myself as Business Development Manager in EA.

The Decisions That Matter

Decided to join Electronic Arts, one of the leading gaming company. It helped me to become complete professional, where i learned the things like, how a system works ? how projects are being executed? what is project management? corporate cultures and ethics and how to work as a professional?

Done Differently:

A difficult question to answer.Its a great thing to start a career with great knowledge.I will try to accomplish the tasks in a creative manner and try to bring out the solutions for problems with all probabilities that will save time and resources which leads to achievements.

Other Thoughts:

I got a great opportunity to work on all technology platforms like Android, Windows 7, RIM, J2ME, and BREW where every one wouldn't get such an opportunity. And also on few occasions, i got some chances to accomplish some game production related tasks from business development unit.

Family Background

I hailed from a agriculture family.My father is a farmer and my mother is an house wife. My brother is working in a Pharmaceutical company as a QA Analyst.
