Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am part of a family of four that include my father, wife and son. I come from a blacksmith family and have spent my childhood learning my ancestral business.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
Currently I head the Human Resource function at Micro Inks Limited. My role revolves around Administration, Compliance, Employee relations, Organisation development and policy deployment. I miss my involvement in the learning and development initiatives in the current role.

I started my career in 1991 with Atul Limited. I joined Micro Inks on May 3, 2006 as Deputy General Manager HR. Currently I head the function and lead a team of 15 towards excellence in the area of Administration, Organisation Development, Compliance and Policy Deployment, Manufacturing excellence.

Shifting my role as an engineer to taking up the Human Resource function.
Risked switching two jobs in a period of 18 months finally to land in the current role.
Choosing to remain as an employee in the industry rather than starting my own business.
