My advice
When you start your career in the corporate world the approach that has worked for me and what i consider a smart choice, is to start with a small organization, preferably, a startup. Working in a startup gives u a lot of opportunities to grow, not just on technical front but on other areas like project management, soft skills etc.
Managing professional as well as personal life
I keep them seperate and try to balance things out. Mostly its got to do with time management and being organized so that you can complete your work in office and not bring the office to your home.
Being different
I am open to opportunities and new learninigs that come in daily. I have the passion and thirst to learn new stuff.
Current Trends
I feel portable smart devices like smart phones and tablets are game changers. There are a lot of innovations happening in this area. This coupled with cloud based storage and computing will redefine how the world processes and communicates information.

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
We have the potential but there are few areas where we are behind. The primary would be a)innovation, b)taking risks

a) Innovation: Most of us don't have the urge for creativity. We are satisfied in completing our daily tasks and getting appreciation, and not in coming with better approaches in doing things.

b) Taking risks : We Indians are satified with our jobs and like to "settle down" as paid workers. Even though we have great ideas, we are scared to venture into entrepreneurship fearing the risks associated with it. That's the main reason we don't have many entrepreneurs
