I love two things one is teaching my students what all I know and the other is Research. Both these things compliments each other I want to continue the same in the coming years.I believe in quality of life and strongly feel that there is nothing which will satisfy your unlimited desires. Thus I want a balance in my life in both ways personal and official.

I have a lovely family. My Parents are well educated. My Mother qualified BA, B Lib.exam in 1959 but she never opted for work. She preferred to be a house wife. Qualities needed to become a successful leader
A successful leader has to be honest, selfless, confident and one who work for the betterment of others and devote his/her life for country. Leader has to perform like a star every time otherwise people loose faith. In my opinion there was no leader in India after Gandhi Ji.
Influenced by
There were many people who have influenced and impressed me in one way or the other and I have also learned from them a lot. Still I want to meet someone who is 'perfect'.
Ensuring success
I always strive for better...
Better health
Better research
Better teaching
Better ways of living life
Better way to interact with people
Better quality of life
........and not the best because after best there is no scope for improvement.
More about myself
If you want to be happy then do good for the larger society and you will find that good things will return towards you as a boomerang. Most of us waste our time and energy in achieving the materialistic things with an assumption that these things will make them happy.Eventually we end up with sadness and always think of what we have not achieved in life.
Initiative to develop a country
Do not compare yourself on the parameters fixed by those who are in power.Do the things differently. But before doing anything thing think what we want to achieve, why, for whom and how is it going to benefit larger society.Never work against the 'Norms of Nature'.
My strongest skill
My strongest professional attributes are diligent, accountable, sensitive, proactive, humble and efficient communicator.
Degree that I recommend
Degree in Management and Doctorate.
Important decision
The three most important decisions I made in my life were
To work in the development sector without compromising with my principles
To opt for obtaining the basic degree in Management
And to serve for larger community in my home state only.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
I am an compulsive optimist. I think that current education system in India is good but it requires industry/market orientation. We need to look into how to include in our curriculum the Indian philosophy about life and how to optimize what nature has provided to us (Natural resources)without compromising with the environment. We should also look into moral education and quality of life which is seriously missing in developed countries.
Important lesson learned
Three important lessons in life I have learn
Be honest with yourself listen to your soul it will never misguide you.
Work work and work without karma there is no life.
Always be gentle to others, spread happyness
