Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
My family is a decent and nuclear family , my dad working in defence sector and mom is a house wife , 2 sisters and a brother
Role Model:
IPL founder lalit modi and arnab mukherjee i believe that as a common man they have gone through the difficulties and they have found a solution and succeeded in life
Working Life Management:
Well to manage the work life balance is difficult where you have to do lot of compromises and convinces
Job Profile:
i am working in megamart past 2.5 yrs before i was handling talent acquisition in recruitment activities where i use to take care of end to end recruitment functions and now to furhter in my career responsibilities i am in to training ( Training the CSA Level) at store level
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Well there is a lot difference in corproate level of work environment when it is compared to store level
i have learned to qulaify my skills in understanding people in short it is people management where you have to self driven and carry on
Degrees That Matter:
i am planning to do a diploma in training which will add a value to my career opportunity
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Well i started initially in recruitment expert and now handling a generalist role where i try to involve to initiate in the welfare of employees and organisation in connection to this activities i have got new role/ appreciation from my reporting manager

i believe in observe and take up the new responisibilty which adds to my capabilites ans new learning
