My first accomplishment was when I got the Best new comer award. The second and third one was when I was leading two projects within a tenure of 6 months. And the biggest one was when I was Leading my team for a week in absence of my Team Coordinator being the Junior most guy of the team.

Family Background

I belong to a middle class family but always had dreams to achieve bigger than my parents can ever bring me. My Mother and Father are working in Public Sector in Himachal Pradesh. I brought up there and then came to Delhi and did my Graduation from a nearby place.

The Journey So Far:

Its a great experience and I have got a lot of exposure in International level Client-Communication and also learnt a lot that how to handle several difficulties .

Prized Accomplishment(s):

I led two projects and successfully completed them even before the due date when my tenure was less than 6 months. I led my whole team for a week when my Team Coordinator was not present for a week and completed all our old and new projects on time.

Done Differently:

First I will go for Google Adwords Certification and then i'll concentrate towards Social marketing and learn about it.

Job Profile:

I create account structure for our clients on Google Adwords and Bing Ads Editor and manage them in such a way that they come on top positions on Search Engine Result Page (SERP) by paying less and get max. clicks and conversions.

Working Life Management:

Generally when I start getting a little bored of the stuff i am doing I start doing some analysing work for that particular account or study new things related to that client and Adwords over the web. after that I get back to my work with fresh mind filled with new and updated thoughts.

Required Reading:

Books and websites related to Google Adwords and some Inspirational novels like "The Monk who sold his Ferrari", "The Alchemist".
