• Responsible for the achievement of the customer acquisition &
revenue targets for the assigned territory.• Supervise a team
of field Sales Associates and allocate targets to
them.• Conducting daily meetings with F.S.A and S.A team to
monitor prospect base and daily commitment on conversions.• Fix
productivity and prospect generation norms for sales team on
monthly basis.• Planning, coordinating and conducting all the
promotional achievements like road shows, exhibition at strategic
places like huge commercial and residential complex.• Build &
maintain relationship with customers.
