ð Ensure proper and timely distribution of invoices and other documents to the customers and acknowledgement to be received from customers
ð Ensure dealer - retailer linkage is respected without any deviation
ð Sell blended cement as per target that is to be more than 85% of total blended sales
ð Ensure price positioning vis-à-vis No.1 or No.2 brands in the market. WSP and RSP reports on daily basis
ð Review and collect bad debtson monthly basis frrom dealers if any.
ð Perform age wise analysis and identify the dealers whose outstanding is beyond 90 days by first informing him and then to stop his supplies till his payements are made clear.
ð Maintain DSO as per target , Use P2M output to set sales targets on monthly basis No. of months P2M used to define sales plan by ensuring minimal changes to monthly sales plan .
ð Ensure sales target are set for dealers and achieved.
ð Ensure that no of outlets always functions in each of the markets by maintaining % of active dealers to total no of dealers
ð Add new dealer based on target set by AO incharge as per the criieria laid down (Min tonnagecriteria)
ð Ensure reach and extraction target met as defined by AO incharge
ð Implement SMX and LMX as per plan
ð Submit market information reports at all the prescribed intervals
ð Ensure efficient dealer-wise target setting to meet budget/allocated targets and presenting in the Monthly sales performance review meeting
ð Ensure speedy resolution of customer complaint (products and services) ie. complaintsto be unresolved within 48 hrs.
