Sabbatical programmes etc were instituted under this initiative
for NASSCOM members such as Infosys , Wipro , Zensar, MindTree,
Satyam, Accenture to as key functions.

The company pioneered the concept of couponing in India way back
in 90’s. Joined as Executive, promoted to Manager–
Sales and Circulation in 1998 (within a year): Responsible for
profitability of a sub-publication with a team of 10 sales
executives Formulated sales development strategies for key
accounts: HLL Foods & Beverages, SIEMENS Telecom, Mahindra
Holidays, and USHA Lexus in consultation with their marketing
team and advertising agency
