Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full hiring
cycle - Requirement gathering, sourcing; pre-screening;
coordinating for interviews, on boarding.
Screening and
Short-listing profiles as per requirements at the initial level.
Maintaining good rapports with the candidates as well as
with clients.
Sourcing potential candidates through
Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals,
networking, and other strategies.
Conducting Telephonic
Interview with the Candidate (to check Technical skills,
communication skills, Project experience, cost and other related
factors).
Co-ordinate and fix the Technical & HR interview
with the HR head & divisional head of the company.
Follow up
with the candidates till the offer letter is issued and the
candidate joins.
Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive
database of all candidates.
Preparing daily, weekly and
monthly reports on recruitment
