• Develop talent pool of Profiles
through creative sourcing techniques including Referral
generation, Networking, HR Forums, Cold Calling & Head
Hunting.
• Scrutinizing the profiles as per job description
and Technical knowledge.
• Interacting with candidates to
understand their Capabilities, strengths, limitations and
building a rapport with them.
• Conducting preliminary
interviews & mailing the best suited profiles to client.
•
Getting feedback from the client and candidates about the
interview Slots.
• Coaching the Candidate.
• Organizing
Telephonic/Face to Face interviews.
• Ensuring timely follow
ups with prospective clients & Candidates until they complete all
the levels of interview.
• Coming out with the salary to be
offered to the selected candidates.
• Negotiating with the
candidate and making them to join on board.
• Invoice Raising
• Interacting with Clients and discuss the future plan of
action.
