connections. . VSWR Checking & Power Measurement. By Bird &
Anritsu Site Analyzer. . Acceptance Testing (A.T.) of Nokia
BTS Sites. . Installation of DC power plant & Ensure no
punch Points on the site. Responsibilities: Perform Preventive
Maintenance of Nokia Ultra Site Edge BTS (Indoor, Outdoor, Metro
& Flexi cell sites) Leading a team of 9 technicians and
handling 89 cell sites of Airtel. 1. Maintaining
BSS/Transmission network availability. • Nokia Indoor,
Outdoor, Metro & Flexi BTS Commissioning. • Commissioning of
FIU 19. • TRX Addition and Removal. • TRX Power
Measurements. • Configuration Microwave of Nokia (7GHz and 15
GHz). • Call Testing. • E1 Patching and Testing of BTSOL
Port. • Up gradation of new version of BTS
Software. • Creation and maintenance of TX / Radio database,
MUX plan. • Improvement planning for existing TX
network. • E1 Through for New upcoming roll out sites.
• AT of new sites. • Handling BSC3i,Handling all exist
cell sites by BSC Commands, Checking loop/Break of New Available
ET port. • Patching E1 for ATER. 2. Maintenances of Single
Phase DG Sets, Power Inter Phase Unit (PIU), Power Plant and
Rectifiers of all Sites. 3. Operation, Troubleshooting and alarm
handling of BTS and Maintenance of Nokia BSS & Transmission
network. 4. Daily Traffic study and rectification of faults to
meet KPIs. 5. Co-ordination with zonal projects team, RF
planning team and the transmission team for effective
execution. 6. Co-ordination with Other Operators (Idea, Tata,
Reliance, BTNL / BTSOL) for Leased media and Maintenance of
Digital Distribution Frame (DDF) and MUX installed at their
premises. 7. Spare management for zonal BSS network. 8.
Maintaining Routine Electrical works Coordination with team.
