Right now I have been working as Operations Manager with HCL
Infosystems Ltd since July,2006.My job responsibilities is to
manage IT services support operation across whole East UP through
a team of direct HCL engineers and through HCL support partners.
I am looking after services of all IT Product lines i.e. Servers,
Networking products( Router, Switch),Notebook (HCL and TOSHIBA
make ) and Desktop to corporate sector like
HSBC,ITC,SAHARA,BSNL,UTI,Future Group, ICICI etc along with
providing end to end support to 27000+ home segment users.
